Read, proposal, resource creation and management are separate OAuth choices. Reconnect and explicitly grant the permissions you need; approving a client tool alone is insufficient. A proposal still requires dashboard review and activation. Direct resource creation needs native OAuth, and ownership and plan limits continue to apply.
