No. Direct creation reveals a new secret URL only in the first successful response. Retry a timeout with the same idempotency key and identical input; the retry returns the resource mapping without the secret. Recover a lost credential in the dashboard. MCP cannot retrieve or rotate existing credentials, and a new idempotency key can create a duplicate.
