Will changing our plan delete our monitors and history?

Hello Grace, your configuration and history are not affected by a plan change. Monitors, heartbeats, alert triggers, notification channels, incidents and their timelines all live with your organization and stay exactly as they are. The one thing genuinely worth checking before any change is unrelated to plans but often gets confused with them: deleting an organization is a hard, cascading delete. It removes teams, monitors, heartbeats, alert triggers, notification channels and every incident including ones that were previously deleted, permanently. So if part of your plan involves consolidating into a single workspace, move or recreate what you need first and delete the empty organization last.
